PRIZTA DIGITAL provides professional web development, UI/UX design, and digital strategy services. By engaging our services, you agree to provide all necessary materials (content, images, logos) required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.

We strive to meet all agreed-upon milestones. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on the complexity of requests, client feedback cycles, and the timely provision of required assets.

Detailed pricing will be provided in your custom quote. Projects typically require an upfront deposit to begin work. Final payment is due before the website or system is transferred to the client's production environment or domain.

Upon full payment of all fees, the client shall own the final deliverables. PRIZTA DIGITAL retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

We provide post-launch support for a specified duration as part of our contract. Ongoing maintenance, security updates, and feature additions after the initial support period will be subject to separate maintenance agreements.

PRIZTA DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the developed systems. We are not responsible for third-party hosting failures or external API downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
